SushiNoqu Content
Social, end to endContent strategyReelsDesignWhatsApp retentionCreator outreach
Their whole feed, start to finish. I plan the calendar, design the posts, shoot, script and edit the reels, and hit publish.
I also write the WhatsApp messages that bring people back, reach out to creators for collaborations, and own the content strategy across the website and socials.
20+ Meta creatives, written and art-directed. I never ship one version of an idea. Each concept goes out as a set: different hooks, different formats, the same offer underneath.
Then I read what actually happened. The numbers tell you which hook people stopped for, so the next batch gets built on those. All of them cleared 2× the benchmark ROAS.

I own Robert Rose's social end to end: the calendar, the reels I script and edit, the carousels I conceptualise, design and caption, the ORM, the crossposting. And the half nobody sees, which is briefing the recipe shoots on themes and concepts, directing the voiceover artist, and chasing approvals from a whole house of authors.

CampaignConcept to liveSocial · Meta ads · Web · Email · RCS5 million products sold
Conscious Chemist had just sold its five millionth product. The obvious move is to run a sale. We ran a thank you instead, and built the whole thing around giving the milestone back to the people who put it there.
The reframe
A thank you, not a sale.
Five million is the brand's number. Gratitude turns it into the customer's.
The give-back
Say it with something they can hold.
Offers and giveaways across the range, so the thank you cost us something. A caption is cheap. A gift isn't.
The community
Five million people, not units.
Content built around the regulars behind the number, so customers felt like family, not a total.
The rollout
One thank you, every channel.
Social, Meta ads, web, email and RCS. Every touchpoint the brand had, carrying one message.

LaunchLisen Skincare, 20224-week arcInfluencer + organic+15k followersSales lift on featured products
Lisen was months old with barely an audience, and the category was still selling acne as a flaw to erase. So we built the launch on skin neutrality instead. Every week carried emotional, educational and product content, but the balance moved on purpose: feelings first, then the science, then the products, so the sell was earned rather than assumed. Conceptualised, planned and run by me at Broadcast Beauty Consultancy.
Week 1 · Emotional-led
"It's Just Acne"
Normalise it. Take the shame out of the room before anyone tries to sell anything.
Week 2 · Education-led
"Kind To My Acne"
The types of acne, what causes it, and what helps beyond a bottle.
Week 3 · Product-led
"My Acne Deserves Care"
Now the range takes the stage. Kindness on its own doesn't clear skin.
Week 4 · All three
"I Got Acne And It's Okay"
Feeling, science and product together. Acne is part of the story.

Activation | Robert Rose
Brand & Content Marketing
Holiday Giveaway.
ActivationRobert RoseMulti-authorCommunity-ledTwo seasons and counting
A publisher has two audiences that almost never meet: the readers who follow the house, and the fans who follow each individual author. The holiday giveaway is the one moment in the year I get them all into the same room, and everyone walks away better off.
The insight
Two audiences, one room.
Readers follow the publisher. Fans follow the author. The two crowds barely overlap, so the giveaway introduces them.
The holiday spirit
Give, don't sell.
December is the one month a brand can be generous without it reading as a tactic. So we give the books away.
Author relations
Good for the authors, too.
Every author gets a moment in front of the house's audience, and in front of each other's. The relationships stay warm.
The payoff
It became a tradition.
Two seasons and counting, and the authors keep coming back for it.
Before the reels and the captions, there is a brief and an argument. Two campaign decks, open to read.

The deck that got me hired.
A 24-hour assignment: a three-month sale calendar, two go-to-market launches, six ad concepts and a LinkedIn point of view. This is what I sent back. They hired me, and then I ran the 5 Million Glow Sale.
The reframe
Dandruff is not a hygiene problem.
The category sells it like a laundry stain, something to wash out. It is a disrupted scalp microbiome, and no Indian D2C brand owned that idea. So the range became a Scalp Reset, not another anti-dandruff shampoo. A ₹2,400 Cr category, and everyone was still shouting the same thing.
The step you skip
Don't sell the SPF. Sell the step.
Indian women already layer sunscreen under BB cream every morning. They are not waiting to be convinced about SPF, they are sold. So the tinted sunscreen sells the thing they actually want back: one product, one application, done.
The point of view
Tested on skin that isn't ours.
The Fitzpatrick scale was built in 1975 to study fair, sun-sensitive skin. Most Indians sit at types III to V. Most products were tested on I to III. That gap is where a lot of Indian skin problems begin, and it is a POV a skincare brand should be loud about.
A friend of mine was handed this brief. We got talking about it, I got a little carried away, and I ended up building all three campaigns out purely for the fun of it: the insight, the films, the activation, the media plan, and the one number that would prove it worked.
Zepto × Spotify
Bhej Do, With Love
We were raised to show love, not say it. We send the mithai instead of calling. Spotify hands you a feeling in three seconds, Zepto hands you the thing in ten minutes. Same job. So for one weekend the two apps swap skins, and both grow a button that says bhej do.
The cultural property
oK-POPped
Stan. Snack. Repeat. India's biggest K-pop carnival, thrown by the app that already sells the entire Korean basket. The event creates the craving, and the Seoul Food store inside the app keeps feeding it long after everyone goes home.
Diwali
Maa Ki Diwali Aaram Wali
At every Indian festival the load lands quietly on the mum. She is the only person at her own Diwali who never sits down. So Zepto empties her list and she goes off duty. Costed at ₹3.5 cr, and measured on the one thing that proves it: gifting orders sent to a mum.
